Vie-Won-Won

Vie-Won-Won is a restaurant serving western American dishes on South Lane in Shek Tong Tsui, Hong Kong, behind Exit B2 of HKU Station. Its signature dishes include lobster tsukemen, crab and crab roe risotto, and roasted pheasant with osmanthus glutinous rice, with the lobster tsukemen served in a rich lobster offal sauce with sautéed mushrooms and bacon. The stairs and walls of the two-storey building are lined with paintings and framed pictures, and natural light comes in through the high ceilings and full-length windows. The indoor lighting is on the dim side.
