瀧宴日本料理

Takiyen Japanese Cuisine is a Japanese restaurant on the 26th floor of Sugar+ in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, serving sashimi, sushi, and teppanyaki. The lunch set includes seasonal appetizers, four kinds of sashimi, wild South African abalone, grilled foie gras, large tiger prawns, American beef, and teppanyaki fried rice. Floor-to-ceiling windows look out over both Victoria Park and Victoria Harbour. The lunch sashimi is air-freighted to Hong Kong daily, so its composition changes.
