Sushi Hisayoshi

Sushi Hisayoshi is a sushi restaurant in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, serving Tokyo-style Edomae omakase and hand-pressed sushi. The meal moves through eight pieces of nigiri, then aged tuna, sea urchin, and conger eel. The signature Hokkaido octopus is cooked slowly for four hours, soaked overnight, and sliced in front of the customer. The evening omakase is priced on the higher side.
