SUSHI GAKU

SUSHI GAKU is a Japanese restaurant in Tai Kok Tsui, Hong Kong, serving sushi and sashimi. At lunch, a 10-piece select sushi set made with Japanese rice comes with salad, soup, chawanmushi, and tea, and the sushi vinegar uses red vinegar. The omakase requires a phone reservation in advance, and the shop is small. Dishes do not arrive all at once, so the last item can be delayed until the meal is nearly finished.
