Smoke & Barrel serves Texas-style smoked barbecue in Hong Kong's Central district. It smokes brisket and ribs and offers several sauces on the side. The brisket is tender enough to melt in the mouth, and takeout is available. The ribs are tough depending on the cut and are more ordinary than the brisket.
