Xin Dong Ji Huo Guo is a hot pot restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, opposite the Hyatt Hotel. Diners choose from several soup bases, including tomato, satay, and cilantro with preserved egg, and add sliced beef and vegetables. The restaurant moved to its current location from a previous shop in Shanlin Dao. Prices are on the higher side and portions are small.
