Yang Shun Hing is a small Chinese restaurant in Tai Kok Tsui, Hong Kong, serving seafood and various stir-fried dishes. Its meat pancake with chicken cartilage is topped with salted egg yolk and goji berries, and the mala sanbao contains goose offal, pork skin, and fried tofu. Dinner dishes are by reservation, seafood and e-fu noodle stir-fry must be ordered in advance, and on weekends booking early is safer. The shop is small with few seats, and walk-ins can find it full.
