OOULI is a Korean fine-dining restaurant on the 23rd floor of 31 Sugar St in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Its nine-course tasting menu serves 72-hour soy-marinated shrimp, Korean hanwoo beef, and a clear soup of Busan abalone and seafood in sequence. Floor-to-ceiling windows look out over Victoria Park and part of Victoria Harbour. The meal ends with rice accompanied by eel soup simmered for 48 hours with Jinju rice from a Busan farm owned by the restaurant, along with five seasonal side dishes.
