Inoshishi 野豬

Inoshishi is a Japanese-style izakaya in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, serving beef dishes and skewers. It grills thick-cut beef tongue steak over charcoal for a seared exterior and a soft interior, and the menu also includes naengmyeon and a soup that changes daily. The restaurant opens only at night, with sofa seating on one side and a bar counter where the chef cooks on the other. Without a reservation, guests are limited to one hour, which makes the meal rushed.
