Imasa

Imasa is a Japanese restaurant serving sushi, sashimi and kaiseki inside The Peninsula Hong Kong in Tsim Sha Tsui. Seasonal fish sashimi is cut thick and comes with chutoro, sea urchin and amaebi, along with a mini tuna rice bowl and chawanmushi. The lunch set offers many choices, and staff in kimono explain the food and wine pairings. The dining room gets loud when the restaurant fills up.
