Hop Yik Tai

Hop Yik Tai is a small food stall selling cheung fun in the market alleys of Sham Shui Po. Thin rice sheets are rolled up and served with soy sauce, peanut sauce, red sauce, and sesame seeds. It sits in the market area near Exit C2 of Sham Shui Po Station, and the line moves quickly even when it is long, with takeout customers arriving from early morning. The texture is not chewy like tteokbokki; the noodles are soft and loose.
