Holt's Café is inside Rosewood Hong Kong and serves a modern take on Hong Kong-style cha chaan teng food. The menu includes burrata and tomato salad, cod with mussels and calamari, and egg waffles. Ordering only wine still gives a view of Hong Kong buses passing by, and the desserts include egg tarts and mango bingsu. Food prices are high.
