Hika

Hika is a Japanese restaurant on the third floor of Aura on Pennington on Jardine's Bazaar in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, near Sogo department store. The menu covers a five-kind sashimi platter, sushi, skewers, sukiyaki, rice bowls, and seafood hot pot. Bar seating and an open kitchen let diners watch the sashimi chef prepare food up close. The interior is wood-centered with soft lighting and wide seating.
