Flat Iron Steak (IFC) serves steak and pasta on the fourth-floor Platform Garden at IFC, looking out over Victoria Harbour. The tomahawk weighs 1.5 kg and comes with fries and a side salad, enough for two or three people to share. Window seats look out on Victoria Harbour and Kowloon, and outdoor seating is available. The dining room gets loud during busy hours.
