Dough Kitchen is an Italian restaurant in Tai Hang, Hong Kong, serving fresh pasta and pizza. Its signature dishes are uni pasta and XO sauce lobster pasta, and all noodles are tagliatelle, which gives them a chewy texture. Handmade noodles are made in an open kitchen next to the shop, and orders are placed by QR code. Seating is around 20, and the first plate of pasta takes about 30 minutes.
