Akita Teppanyaki, Sashimi

Akita Teppanyaki, Sashimi is a Japanese teppanyaki restaurant on Observatory Court in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. It serves live lobster, South African abalone, and wagyu. The meal starts with a seasonal snow crab meat salad and a steamed egg with fish roe and foie gras, then seafood and meat are cooked at the teppan. The large multi-floor space has separate teppanyaki seating where the chef's knife work and cooking happen in front of you, and the Akita set for two comes as a 12-course menu.
