Sang Roastery is a small coffee shop in To Kwa Wan, Hong Kong, that roasts its own beans. It serves oat milk lattes, dirty coffee, and hand-drip coffee, and sells its house-roasted beans. A roaster sits inside the shop, and the indoor seating holds about 6 to 10 people, so customers can watch the coffee being made at the bar. On weekends the indoor seats run short and the shop gets crowded.
