Grindie is a cafe on Hau Fook St in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, serving tofu pudding and fruit and nut desserts that combine traditional Hong Kong desserts with modern pairings. Its signature item is pistachio tofu pudding, and the menu also includes durian sorbet, mango sago, and black sesame and almond drinks. Ingredients are ground at low temperature in a stone mortar to bring out the aroma and texture of the dessert soups, and the menu extends to cakes and blended drinks.
