Baked By Shangri-La is a bakery in the lobby of the Kowloon Shangri-La hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, selling bread, pastries and cakes. It serves cinnamon rolls, scones and pain au chocolat, and at lunch it also runs a buffet of 11 kinds of bread. The bakery items are better in the morning when they are freshly baked, and they tend to dry out by evening. At 8:30 a.m. the croissants were still tough and soggy from the previous day.
