Red Sugar is a rooftop bar on the 7th floor of the Kerry Hotel in Hung Hom, Hong Kong, facing Victoria Harbour. It serves original cocktails including the chrysanthemum cocktail made with lychee liqueur and Chinese tea, along with snacks such as a cured ham and cheese platter and mapo tofu quesadillas. The venue has both an outdoor terrace and indoor seating, and from dusk it offers a continuous view of the Hong Kong Island skyline from day through sunset into night. Edge seats facing Central look out over both the opposite night view and the sea.
