Homemade Ramen Aoba

Homemade Ramen Aoba is a small ramen shop near Kiyomizu-dera in Kyoto that serves shio ramen and shoyu ramen. The noodles are made in-house and served in a clear broth made from anchovy-like ingredients, with no chemical seasonings added. There are only six seats, and the owner cooks alone and also communicates in English. If more than six people are ahead of you, the wait is about 40 minutes.
