Sulbing Café Harajuku

Seolbing Harajuku is a cafe in Harajuku that serves bingsu, coffee, and desserts. The apple mango bingsu has mango inside as well, and the pine mango bingsu is available only in the summer season. The shop is larger than the Shin-Okubo branch, with more comfortable seating, and staff who speak Korean make ordering easy. It draws a crowd, and around 3 p.m. on a Saturday there was a wait of three groups.
