Starbucks Coffee - Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku is on the sixth floor of Tokyu Plaza at the entrance to Omotesando, with a rooftop garden serving coffee and other drinks. From the rooftop, Omotesando Hills is visible below, and at night the area is lit up. Seats open up quickly even when it is crowded, and there are outdoor seats and winter heaters. There is only one unisex restroom, and its hygiene and smell are unpleasant.
