Yukgogitjip

Yukgogitjip is a Jeju restaurant that grills aged pork, bone-in galbi sets, deungsim deot-sal, and galmaegi-sal over charcoal. The owner trims the meat and shows the grilling order, and staff tell you to flip it every 40 seconds. It opens at 5 p.m., takes no reservations, and stops taking orders for some menu items if you arrive late. No additional orders are accepted.
