Kawabata Shotengai

Kawabata Shotengai is a traditional shopping street in Fukuoka where small shops sell food and souvenirs. Many of the shops carry a range of goods, including souvenir stores and restaurants. The street runs about 500 meters, with new shops mixed among the older ones, so the stores continue one after another. There is not much to see that would justify a special trip.
