THEN; is a cafe in Fukuoka that serves French toast and mentaiko cheese toast. It sits on the first floor of & HOTEL HAKATA, near Hakata Gion Station. The French toast is about 10cm thick, baked crisp outside and moist inside with egg soaked through.
