Cafe Restaurant Serena is inside Hotel Nikko Fukuoka in Fukuoka and serves a lunch buffet. The buffet centers on Western dishes and also offers goto udon, bite-sized cakes, soft-serve ice cream, and decaf coffee. There is no time limit on the buffet, and a surprise cake is prepared for birthdays. Reservations can fill up on holidays and during specific fairs.
