Kawara Cafe and Dining is on the ninth floor of Kitte, directly in front of Hakata Station in Fukuoka. It serves meat dishes, drinks, and desserts, with strawberry souffle, choco Oreo croffle, and milk tea available to order. The cafe is baby friendly, so infants can be brought inside. There is a smoking room at the back of the store.
