Sakae

Sakae is on the third floor of the Paradise Hotel Busan in Haeundae, serving Japanese dishes and teppanyaki made with a mix of Japanese and domestic ingredients. The teppanyaki course has the chef cooking in front of diners while explaining the food and how to eat it. The course runs from salad, sashimi and grilled dishes through to sushi and dessert, and staff attend to guests closely. The teppan course portions are on the small side.
