Musubi

Musubi is a Japanese soba restaurant in the alleyways of Haeundae Haeridan-gil in Busan. Its signature dishes are saba soba, house-made buckwheat noodles topped with grilled mackerel, and nishing soba topped with simmered herring, served as both hot and cold soba. The broth is not salty and is clean-tasting, with little of the fishiness of mackerel or herring coming through. The interior is not large, so a wait forms on weekends.
