Mori

Mori serves a seasonal course kaiseki on the second floor of Palais de Ciel next to Paradise Hotel in Haeundae, Busan. The course composition changes with the seasons, and seasoning is kept light to bring out the natural taste of the ingredients. The restaurant runs by reservation, with seats booked through CatchTable, and a meal takes about two hours. The course portions run somewhat small.
