Eutteum Iroribata

Uttum Iroribata is an irori charcoal-grill omakase bar in the Suyeong-ro alleys of Namcheon-dong, Busan, serving seasonal fish and meat. The menu centers on charcoal-grilled fish, grilled beef tongue, mackerel sushi, and fried hairtail rather than sashimi. Reservations are made through CatchTable, and dinner runs for about an hour and a half at the counter, where roughly ten seats face the irori. Seating is by reservation at fixed times, so the meal period is not generous.
