Zen Sushi

Jensushi is a sushi restaurant in Haeundae, Busan, that serves omakase. The course brings seasonal seafood sushi in sequence, along with a one-bite dish of tuna belly monaka topped with sea urchin, salmon roe, and caviar. Tsukami and sushi are served in course order, mainly for customers with reservations. Prices are on the high side.
