Udwae Kkiri is a meat restaurant in Busan that serves charcoal-grilled Iberico pork. The meat is chewy and strongly flavored, grilled over charcoal and eaten with sauce. A salad bar provides side dishes, the onions are sliced very thin, and the doenjang jjigae has generous solids with light seasoning. Staff do not grill the meat, so customers grill it themselves.
