Kong Siru

Kongsiru is a restaurant in Busan that serves Jeonju-style kongnamul gukbap and maesaengi gul gukbap. Two styles of gukbap are available, Nambusijang-style and Sambaek-style, and the kongnamul gukbap contains deulkkae powder. For the mild version, a raw egg is added directly to the gukbap, while the spicy version is eaten with gochutgaru and ttaengcho added. In summer, kongguksu is also served, and the portions are large.
