Gohyang Son Guksu

Gohyang Son Guksu is a noodle shop inside Bulo Market in Dong-gu, Daegu. It serves kalguksu made from hand-rolled, thick-cut noodles boiled in a light anchovy and kelp broth. Each order is cooked to order, so food takes 15 to 20 minutes or more to arrive, and water and side dishes are self-service. The regular portion is large, so a double portion may be left unfinished.
