Yeongmi Ori Tang

Yeongmi Oritang is a Korean restaurant in Gwangju that serves oritang, ori roseu, and ori jumulleok. The signature oritang uses a thick, nutty broth made with perilla seed powder and doenjang, and it is eaten with minari added in. The broth can be refilled once at no charge, and the minari is dipped in a sauce of chojang and perilla seed powder. The duck meat is lean and tends to be tough.
