Solangdo

Sorando is a hoe restaurant in Seoul that serves Namdo-style byeongeo hoe and samchi hoe. It sits at the entrance of the Gunja Station food alley in Gwangjin-gu. The byeongeo hoe is served as sekkosi, cut into small pieces with the bones. Reservations are taken by phone or DM, and walk-ins can wait for a table.
