Jumin Katsu is a tonkatsu restaurant in Seoul serving teoksang deungsim katsu and ansim katsu. Its teoksang deungsim katsu uses 48-hour-aged fat and gabrisal together, and the teoksang-and-ansim dish comes with four pieces of ansim; the menu also includes chijeu katsu and tteokbokki donkatsu. Group visits and reservations are available, with takeout, parking, wireless internet, and simple payment supported. The teoksang tonkatsu has more than half fat and a tough, tendon-like section in the middle that can make it difficult to eat.
