Haeryong Malalungsa

Haeryong Maralungsha is a Chinese restaurant in the lamb skewer alley of Seoul that serves spicy crawfish dishes. Maralungsha, fried rice, and guobaorou work well as a combination. Choosing maralungsha with only tails instead of whole crawfish makes preparation less cumbersome, and noodles can be added to the remaining sauce. Crawfish are difficult to peel and contain little meat, so preparing them takes considerable effort.
