Ewha Mandu

Ihwa Mandu is a dumpling shop a four-minute walk from Exit 6 of Gunja Station in Seoul. It sells only takeout, filling thin wrappers with two kinds: meat dumplings and kimchi dumplings. Sales start at 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., and the shop closes when ingredients run out; pickup takes about 20 to 50 minutes. Lines are long and the quantity is limited, so dumplings are hard to buy if you arrive late.
