Donghaean Iyagi

Donghaean Iyagi is a aged-hoe restaurant in Junggok-dong, Seoul, serving yellowtail, assorted hoe, and mulhoe. Each day it makes an aged-hoe platter from seasonal fish and serves corn butter, odeng udon, and potato fries as basic side dishes. The aged hoe is softer and chewier than live-fish hoe. The hoe and mulhoe portions are small for four people.
