Yeoneojeongi Gwangalli is a small Japanese restaurant in Gwangalli, Busan that serves salmon sushi, sake don, and hoe-guksu, noodles topped with raw fish. It prepares only salmon that arrives the same day, and the sake don comes with a separate special soy sauce. The menu also includes gim salmon, which tops seaweed with salmon, avocado, and vegetables, and a gyudon with a charcoal aroma. The shop is small and quiet, so you can eat alone.
