Taofan

Taopan is a Hong Kong-style Asian restaurant one block inland from Gwangalli Beach in Busan. It serves wonton noodles made with duck-egg noodles and filled with shrimp balls or pork wontons, along with siu mai and gyoza dumplings. The ground-floor location makes it easy to enter and leave, and the fried eggplant is served crisp. The char siu noodle soup comes with thinly sliced char siu and a rich broth.
