Manujang is an old Chinese restaurant in a longstanding neighborhood of Busan, serving dishes such as jjajangmyeon and tangsuyuk. Its signature items are jjajangmyeon with thin, chewy noodles, hand-made mandu with a chewy wrapper, and crispy tangsuyuk served with the sauce already poured over it. Ordering tangsuyuk comes with two mandu on the side, and the sauce can be requested separately for dipping. Parking near the restaurant is awkward.
