Hone

Hone is a seafood restaurant in Millak-dong, Gwangalli, Busan that serves grilled fish, sashimi and sake. Fish is grilled over binchotan charcoal, including mackerel and doenjang-marinated eundaegu, and the rice can be changed to sotbap. The restaurant fills up even at weekday lunch, has one room inside for groups, and the mixed grilled fish is ordered from two servings. The interior has the feel of a hof.
