Cheombeong

Cheombeong is a seafood restaurant in Busan that serves aged hoe and raw shrimp. The assorted hoe includes salmon, flounder, sea bream, and yellowtail, and comes with seaweed and side dishes. The wait for the assorted hoe was about an hour, and the two-person small portion also includes fried food, barley rice, and sushi rice. Customer service is rude and unpleasant.
