Seunghan Makchang

Seunghan Makchang is a bar on Gampo-ro in Suyeong, Busan, serving grilled makchang (beef abomasum) and daechang (beef large intestine). The daechang is grilled spread flat rather than in a round shape, with spicy ddaengcho, kelp salad, and chive salad. Staff grill the makchang and daechang at the table, and a hot pot is also available. The makchang and daechang have little odor.
