Nangman Sagye

Nangman Sagye is an izakaya in Busan that serves charcoal-grilled skewers and seasonal assorted sashimi. Five kinds of handmade skewers are grilled over charcoal and served with salt and a house tare sauce. The seasonal assorted sashimi changes composition with the season. Each portion is prepared individually, so food takes time to arrive.
