Kisetsu Gwangalli is an izakaya in a side alley off Gwangalli Beach in Suyeong-gu, Busan, serving aged hoe and Japanese-style anju. The menu includes futomaki, mackerel boch sushi, and chicken nanban karaage, and the assorted hoe comes in several varieties. Corkage is free on weekends, with chilling prepared, and bar seats are available. The alley sits inland from the beach, so there is no sea view.
